Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a 12-count muffin tin with 6 large circles of crescent dough. Press each circle into the bottom and up sides of each muffin cup. Bake for 8 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool while preparing the filling. In a small bowl, stir pimento cheese and hot sauce to taste; set aside.Spread 2 tablespoons of the pimento cheese mixture into each prepared crescent crust, leaving a border around the edge to seal them shut when baked. Bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown. Cool in pan for 5 minutes before removing from pan and serving warm with crackers or veggies!
Buffalo Chicken Dip and Bacon Crackers

- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed but still cold
- 1 piece of bacon, cooked and crumbled (about 2 tablespoons)
- 1 egg yolk beaten with 1 tablespoon water
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll the puff pastry very thin. Cut the dough into 1-inch squares and place them on the prepared baking sheet about 1/2 inch apart. Brush each square with egg wash and sprinkle with bacon crumbles. Bake until golden brown and puffed about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
